2011 PCRID Annual Conference Silent Auction

PCRID members,

The Silent Auction committee is looking for volunteers to help with soliciting donations prior to the conference date.  We have an official letter to present to businesses when asking for donations of gifts, services or cash.  Ideally, we would like all donations prior to November 1^stso your assistance will in no way affect your ability to attend the fabulous workshops!  We only need each volunteer to contact 10 potential donors.  This can be done by email, phone or face-to-face contact.

We would particularly like to have volunteers from the DC Metro area.  Most of our team is outside of that area and we do not want to exclude the many wonderful potential donors in that location.  In addition, we are looking for individuals to serve as collection points in DC or to collect the items and relay them to committee members.
